I brought my car in for service that was great but found out while in service due to no emissions control sticker and a car fax that my car I purchased a year ago had previously been in an accident and it was not disclosed to me at the time of sale I called the sales mgr Rich and he basically said oh well there's nothing we can do I said I will never purchase from your dealership again he stated well we can't make everyone happy RUDE If he is representing your company you will never get my business or any of my family or friends

We stopped into Hyundai of St Augustine to look at a used 2019 Honda CR-V. I saw it online and reached out to Dylan Hart. He said the vehicle will be there waiting on us. We drove in from Jacksonville to look at it. * My daughter was in an accident last week which resulted in her vehicle being a total loss. She told me she wanted a white car with dark interior. For the last week we test drove 4 different vehicles types at various dealerships that she has always wanted in the past but could never get. When she was married she really didn't have a choice on what type of vehicle she had but now she does have a choice. The other 4 vehicles she drove she ended up not liking. At one dealership the sales consultant made her feel "stupid" and talked down to her so we left. Today at Hyundai of St Augustine Dylan was with another couple so he asked Jacob Gray (sales consultant) to help us. He was phenomenal with our purchase experience! He was so patient, helpful and super friendly. We've had two Honda CR-V since 2020 and loved each one. My wife had told our daughter all the safety features you are looking for are in the CR-V. For some reason she didn't want to look at it but when she saw this one at Hyundai of St Augustine and test drove she feel in love it! I have to say this was the easiest and best purchase experience we've had purchasing a vehicle in a very long time! All the sales consultants were very friendly. The office staff were friendly and seem to work well with all sales consultants. The finance manager where we signed all the paperwork was also very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm. Test drove the vehicle. Made the decision. Signed paperwork. They put gas in the car and we were leaving at 6pm. My daughter and grandson were so happy with their new car. Makes me happy to see them in a newer safer vehicle than they had before! So if you are ever in the market for a new or used car (Hyundai or other) I definitely recommend you come and see Hyundai of St Augustine and definitely talk with Jacob Gray!!!! He will treat you like family! Jacob even called several days later to check in on us to see if we had questions or concerns… Thank you Jacob Gray and Dylan Hart for a job well done!!!

I had my 2009 Hyundai since I was 17, so buying a new car at 23 was a huge step for me. I was honestly nervous walking into a dealership alone, but everyone here made me feel completely comfortable and respected.I was paired with Dylan, and he was amazing. I told him exactly what I needed, an SUV with a hitch, a manageable monthly payment, and no money down, and he listened. He never pressured me, was realistic and transparent about the numbers, and genuinely made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. When a mistake was made, they immediately fixed it and took it off my bill, and they even gave me a discount coupon towards a bumper to bumper warranty. I walked in scared of the car-buying process and walked out with my 2023 Buick feeling super excited. Amazing experience! Reached out via the website, picking Leon as the salesman I wanted to deal with. Received an email and call within a couple of minutes, unheard of in this world. Told him what I had, what I was looking for and my desired numbers. They made me a great deal on my trade and purchase. Drove down and was in and out quickly. When was the last time you spent an hour buying a new car? For me it’s a never. I was skeptical about driving to xx Augustine from Jax, but it was worth it! Love my new car and loved the experience!
